Responsibilities: 1.Manage the end-to-end process of home textile orders, including order confirmation, production follow-up, delivery, and payment collection, ensuring timely and quality completion. 2.Communicate effectively with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, identify needs, and provide proactive service to enhance customer satisfaction. 3.Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, etc.) to ensure smooth order delivery.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree. Strong English communication skills (mandatory). 2.3+ years of experience in textile trade, familiar with export and fabric order processes. 3.Proactive, resilient, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills. 4.Proficient in Office software. Fast learner. * Experience in home textile/home furnishing/apparel/fabric business preferred.
