Job Summary As a Specialist Client Management, he or she need to Support superior in managing daily operating expenditures and tasks to ensure efficient usage of resources.
General Responsibilities 1.Conduct financial feasibility studies of advertising and promotions to ensure alignment with profit objectives; 2.Establish close business relationships with media, advertising agents and industry venfors, analyze and compare costs associated with related materials; 3.Track and update marketing plans and execution status; 4.Prepare all operational briefs and documents for the performance reports; 5.Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to all operational department and BUs. 6.Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Brand Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning; 7.Track orders and associated issues to form a closed loop.
Functional Skills and Knowledge 1.Basic knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising and promotion; 2.Basic knowledge on media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods; 3.Strong analythical background and knowlege of statistical analysis methods; 4.Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cutural sensitivities especially in cross-country, cross -cutural interactions; 5.Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written; 6.Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools; 7.Good communication skills and commercial sense, strong ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility. 8.At least two years' experience in a similar role.
Education Diploma/certificate in Marketing, or related discipline.
