工作职责：
1.查询管理
61接收并分析客户或销售人员的所有新询问，重点关注技术规范和项目要求。
61识别和评估具有工业部件专业知识的有能力的供应商；根据工程标准确认材料规格、工艺流程和检验要求。
61谈判和比较不同供应商的价格，确保及时报价符合客户要求和技术规范。
61根据当前行业趋势、客户需求和项目规范，不断寻找和提出相关的工业产品和解决方案。
61组织和准备客户访问的技术考察，确保所有相关信息和资源都可用于促进讨论。
2.订单管理
61监督和管理订单从开始到完成，解决客户和供应商之间出现的紧急情况。
61与内部QA/QC团队和供应商密切合作，确保产品质量符合行业标准和技术规范。
61与采购和物流部门合作，确保产品及时交付。
3.其他任务
61准确及时地将相关数据输入SAP系统。
61促进客户和供应商之间的沟通，以有效管理期望，重点关注技术方面，并确保规范的清晰度。
61通过高效专业地提供技术支持和见解，为客户提供增值服务。
61承担部门经理分配的额外任务，以支持项目执行和客户满意度。
61学习过机械工程（或包括机械在内的其他品牌的工程），能够完美地阅读图纸，并对制造方法（铸造、锻造、挤压、数控/激光切割、弯曲、塑料成型、表面处理等）有很好的了解）
职位要求：
1.工程或相关技术领域本科以上学历，对工业过程和产品有扎实的理解。
2.3年以上类似工作经验，在工业部件、工程项目或制造环境方面有很强的背景。
3.对硬件产品、手动工具、电动工具和其他与工业应用相关的技术项目有广泛的产品知识。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Enquiry Management
61 Receive and analyze all new inquiries from clients or sales, with a focus on technical specifications and project requirements.
61 Identify and evaluate capable suppliers with expertise in industrial components; confirm material specifications, technical processes, and inspection requirements based on engineering standards.
61 Negotiate and compare prices from various suppliers, ensuring timely quotations aligned with client requirements and technical specifications.
61 Constantly source and propose relevant industrial products and solutions based on current industry trends, client needs, and project specifications.
61 Organize and prepare technical trips for client visits, ensuring all relevant information and resources are available to facilitate discussions.
2. Order Management
61 Oversee and manage orders from inception to completion, addressing emergencies that arise between clients and suppliers.
61 Collaborate closely with internal QA/QC teams and suppliers to ensure that product quality meets industry standards and technical specifications.
61 Work alongside the Purchase and Logistics departments to guarantee timely delivery of products.
3. Other Tasks
61 Input relevant data into the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.
61 Facilitate communication between clients and suppliers to manage expectations effectively, focusing on technical aspects and ensuring clarity in specifications.
61 Provide value-added services to clients by delivering technical support and insights efficiently and professionally.
61 Undertake additional tasks assigned by the department manager to support project execution and client satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in02Engineering02or a related technical field, demonstrating a solid understanding of industrial processes and products.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in industrial components, engineering projects, or manufacturing environments.
3. Extensive product knowledge of hardware products, hand tools, power tools, and other technical items related to industrial applications.
4. High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with a focus on02technical excellence02and client satisfaction.
5. Strict adherence to the company’s rules and regulations.
6. Engaging and influential communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with drawings tools.

10. Familiarity with SAP.
11. Good command of written and oral English.
