工作职责：
1. 审查招标技术要求及招标文件；
Review technical inquiries and tender documents;

2. 设计、计算、优化固废、废气废液高温热焚化工艺及相关辅助设备；
Design, calculate and optimize processes in the fields of solid waste, waste gas and liquid incineration process and related ancillary equipment;

3. 准备工艺设计文件，包括工艺流程图(PFD), 管道仪表流程图(P&IDs), 物料和能量平衡计算，公用工程消耗以及主要设备的技术数据表；
Generate and review process configuration, PFD’s, P&ID’s, material and energy balances, utility and consumable balances as well as technical data sheets for major equipment items;

4. 准备并审核设备的工艺技术要求；
Generate and review the process specifications for equipment;

5. 项目初期和基础设计阶段，准备投标文件，参与技术澄清；
Participate in bidding documents and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works;

6. 必要时完成部门布置的其他工作任务。
Other extra work assignments from the department when needed.

职位要求：
教育：化学/环保/热能工程专业的本科或以上学历。
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical / Environmental / Thermal Engineering.

工作经验：
至少3年的工作经验，在高温焚烧工艺技术、热量和物料平衡计算、工艺控制方面有很好的知识。在焚烧或烟气处理方面具有工艺设计、现场调试等方面经验者优先。
Require minimum 3 years’ experience and excellent knowledge in incineration process technology, heat and mass calculation, process control. Strong background in process design, site commissioning of incineration or flue gas treatment is an advantage;

技术和专业知识：
1.熟悉国家和国际准则、标准和规定；
Good knowledge of both local and international codes, standards and regulations;

2.熟悉Microsoft Office应用，如Excel、Word、PowerPoint等；
Familiar with Microsoft Office Application such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint;

3.流利的英语书面及口语能力者优先。
Fluent written and spoken in English is an advantage.
