Main Tasks / 主要任务 *English speaker needed - Plan and execute an integrated cross-channel marketing strategy to deliver growth and engagement for DPO International. - Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, email marketing, and the company website) and field marketing activities (trade shows, Innovation Days, seminars, and industry events). - Ensure local marketing execution aligns with global brand guidelines while optimizing campaigns for the Chinese market. - Analyse the customer journey and campaign performance to drive acquisition, revenue growth, and retention, providing insights through data analytics and reporting. - Collaborate with the Sales, Scientific & Regulatory Team and Marketing Team in HQ to develop and implement content marketing strategies and content creation, including writing articles, case study, and marketing materials. - Stay updated on new marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness. - Support and execute the demand generation strategy, including inbound and outbound marketing tactics. - Identify and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and online media publishers to expand brand visibility. - Manage social media engagement, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining brand consistency. - Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, Food science or equivalent. Other majors are welcomed to apply as well. - English verbal skills - Working Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, including both digital and field marketing, preferably within an international corporate environment. - Strong understanding of China’s digital landscape and social media ecosystem (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.). - Experience in planning and executing trade shows, industry seminars, and in-person marketing events. - Data-driven mindset with experience in China-based analytics tools (such as Baidu Analytics), social media analytics, and reporting tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different regions.
