Main responsibility 主要职责:
61 Organize, coach, motivate subordinates, organize and perform instructing and training to new employees, establish measures to keep and strengthen knowledge and capabilities of plant staff
61 Improve and ensure performance appraisal system is fulfilled
61 Work closely with EHS team to implement all EHS requirements to cover both local regulations and company requirements
61 Continuous improvement to ensure people working in safe and healthy environment in safe ways
61 Develop necessary SOP to provide the guideline for the operations, monitor the daily activities and be responsible for the effectiveness for the system
61 Identify and clear nonconformities, risks, analyze route causes , make and follow actions
61 Work with maintenance team to implement TPM program, ensure equipment operation in right way
61 Support R&D and quality team for validation of new products/machine/process
61 Review relevant quality data, monitor process development and implement updated operation methods and procedures to ensure and improve product quality
61 Continuous improvement on equipment, auxiliary facilities to ensure stable production and improve efficiency
61 Work with planner to schedule production, decide on actual production activities, product switches and shutdowns to ensure on time delivery to customers
61 Well organize production to achieve good performance on water, electricity, gas consumption, reduce waste volume
61 Initiate projects to save cost
61 Support on ISO certification, internal and external audit
61 Define 5S standards and drive continuous improvement
61 Define KPIs in the area of production, regularly present KPI results through KANBAN and monthly production report
61 Promote the lean as a tool to improve the performance
61 Tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements 任职要求:
Hard qualification:
61 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemistry /engineering or equivalent
61 At least 3 year’s experiences in same position
61 Good skills in English
61 Computer literacy; familiar with Windows operating systems and office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power-point
