Job Responsibilities: 1、Lead and mentor Security Officers in Shanghai,in establishing world class customer service interactions by treating all stuffs, guests, and visitors with personal, human-to-human interaction, and dignity
2、Ensure Officers have the correct training and tools to complete their mission;report deficiencies to the customer's Regional Security Operations Senior Manager
3、Ensure proper shift alignment and hold Officers accountable for their actions 4、Ensure rapid and safe response to all medical，fire，security emergencies and incidents,and ensure a comprehensive report is written documenting all aspects of the incident
5、Provide management support to local and countrywide sites with regards to security operations
6、Work in cooperation with SOC Supervisors/Managers to ensure consistency of security operations procedures
7、Support customer's Regional Security Operations Senior Manager to manager security operation teams
8、 Motivate Officers to creat a positive emotional connection with customer's stuffs、guests and visitors
9、 Act as the incident commander during an incident or emergency response until relieved by higher authority
10、Identity theft、safety and security issues
11、Shall be discreet and maintain strict confidentiality
Required experience and skills: 1、Required minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in security field,2-3 years as a leader is preferred
2、Preference for an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in emergency management criminal justice, or related field;although combination of education and experience may be accepted to fill this requirement
3、Required to have knowledge of security operations and procedures
4、Must have ability to multi-task
5、Must be able to effectively deal with subordinates and senior level personnel
6、Must be able to motivate,coach and train
7、Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both local language and in English
8、Must have excellent computer skills
9、Must be able to travel within the country when needed
10、Preference for loss prevention experience
11、Preference for relevant medical experience or training (for example Red Cross *** Aider/Responder,etc.)
