Resideo is currently seeking a RF engineer to design security intrusion system and smart home's wireless products. The wireless includes WIFI, BLE, LTE, Zwave, Zigbee, Sub GHz wireless etc. You should have solid RF design experience, be able to design, debug RF system and collaborate with team members.
JOB DUTIES: 61 Responsible for RF design including system RF requirements analysis, specification definition, circuit simulation and tuning, schematic design, antenna design and simulation. 61 Testing and troubleshooting of RF circuits and subsystems. 61 Support system-level performance validation and RF performance improvement. 61 Support product FCC/CE etc. agency 61 Support VE/CE team to continuously survey competitive wireless solutions for cost saving. 61 Support factory for product RF test solution and test limit 61 Continuously to drive new wireless technology and key challenges to help NPI team to delivery more competitive products.
YOU MUST HAVE: 61 Major in EE or related disciplines 61 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline 61 3+ years of direct experience in RF circuits design
WE VALUE: 61 Good technical understanding of cellular communication system (2G/3G/4G), experience with one or more of the following radio technologies is a plus: Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Zigbee/SubGHz Radio. 61 Solid understanding and experience in RF circuit and antenna design. 61 Good experience in EMC design and Noise De-sense debug. 61 Experience of cellular OTA test, experience of PTCRB test is preferred. 61 Experience on product FCC/CE agency 61 Good understanding and provable proficiency in wireless RF test equipment . 61 Experience on EM simulation tools such as ADS/HFSS/CST. 61 Experience with wireless co-existence schemes is a plus. 61 Fluent English in reading and writing; Capable of taking conf meeting in English is preferred. 61 Good communication and cooperation skills.
