Tasks:
- Stakeholder requirements analysis and alignment.
- Create and realize system features incl. requirements Management internally.
- Deliver system level engineering analysis including, FSC, Hazard Risk Analysis, Boundary diagrams, DFMEA, SFMEA, DVP, Requirements
- Work cross function with other system domains to deliver complex distributed functions with OEM and internal Schaeffler.
- Cross regions (HQ, regions) communication
- Support Change Management and documentation during the Project Phase
- Work directly with Hardware and Software engineers to design, develop, applicate, coordinate releases, implement, and tests about integrated Chassis Systems.
- Support functional Safety concept definition and implementation
- Work at all levels concerning V-Model to ensure system delivery
- Support problem solving during development

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree, Major in Mechatronics and or Mechanics, Automobile related
- At least 5 years’ experience in engineering
- Steering system experience preferred
- Experience of working in international Teams
- Fluent in English and Mother language Mandarin
