1. 五年以上机械组装工艺开发及管理相关工作经验(具有气囊组装经验的优先)；
Over 5 years in mechanical assembly manufacturing relevant industry for process development and management (Airbag assembly process experiences are preferred).
2. 有较强的机械设计和电气自动化应用经验（具有机械手/自动化组装设备经验的优先）；
Strong mechanical design and electric control automation application experience (Robot technology experience or other automation application experiences are preferred).
3. 熟悉设备开发管理流程，具备设备的制造和实施经验；
Familiar with equipment development and management process, with equipment manufacturing and implementation experiences.
4. 熟悉设备机械与电气控制原理，熟悉各种设备控制元器件的调试及原理
Familiar with in mechanical and electrical control principles of equipment, and in debugging and principle of various equipment control components.
5. 熟悉非标设备及元器件成本，有非标设备估价能力
Familiar with the cost of non-standard equipment and components and could evaluate non-standard equipment.
6. 熟练运用AutoCAD，SolidWorks等制图设计软件;
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software.
7. 有较强的问题分析、项目管理、供应商管理和团队协调能力；
Strong ability of problem analysis, projects management, supplier management and coordination.
8. 英语说写流利；熟练使用MS office；
Good English speaking and writing; Good at MS OFFICE.
