Develop project quality assurance procedures and communicate with owner about quality procedures and KPI; Develop internal and external audit plan and audit scope; Monitor the implementation of quality management requirements throughout the project team; Perform internal and external audits, monitor follow-up and report results to the project management team; Organize quality audits of suppliers, subcontractors and design subcontractors; Coordinate internal and external quality activities; Review subcontractors' and suppliers' quality assurance manuals, documentation and inspection and test plans to meet project requirements; Monitor and report project quality statistics; Case studies to collect lessons learned from the project; Assist in preparing weekly and monthly quality progress reports; Organize and coordinate quality related meetings and training; Responsible for organizing regular collection of project quality KPI data and reporting to quality director.
