61 Enhance/Build up a strong, qualified ZF LIFETEC PS organization in the Region to provide lean expert know-how to x-functions, plants. Lead and coordinate ZF LIFETEC PS Region Team. Foster continuous know-how transfer and build-up of Lean expertise.
61 Ensure priorities cross-plants ZF LIFETEC PS activities, support and resource sharing
61 Ensuring ZF LIFETEC PS method box is reflecting Region business needs, its sustainable roll out/ adherence and sufficiently qualified ZF LIFETEC PS resources / cross-functions are available across the company
61 Ensure and track key CIS projects and pipeline of projects
61 Ensure collaboration between plants and x-function in own Region.
61 Monitor lean implementation progress in Region and validate effectiveness of needed actions
61 Drive and implement ZF LIFETEC Production System strategy in Region, including coordination and optimization (Lean Indirect) of x-functions
61 Lead lean expert know-how and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all hierarchy levels in x-functions and plants
61 Supports ZF PS Lead in plant in his qualification and complex/Advanced Method ZF PS workshops/projects for transformation towards Operational Excellence.
61 Coaches and guides Plant Management team in Workshops, Projects and Lean Evaluation aspects to Lean philosophy

Your Profile
61 Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent
61 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
61 Profound knowledge & experience of ZF LIFETEC PS / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
61 Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes of the product line/ region
61 Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit, Coaching skills on management level
61 Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams, Strong analytical and problem solving skills
61 Robust network within Product Line/Region and Divisions, Familiar with manufacturing processes and production methods
61 Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English
