We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to oversee the quality management of home textile products. This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of quality control, compliance, and team management to ensure product excellence and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Lead and manage the quality control team, ensuring effective quality assurance processes.
61 Develop and implement quality inspection standards for home textile products.
61 Work closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to maintain high-quality production.
61 Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer requirements.
61 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
61 Provide training and guidance to the QC team, ensuring strong execution and alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
61 Proven experience in home textile quality control & assurance.
61 Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, and compliance standards in the textile industry.
61 Leadership experience in managing and developing a QC team.
61 Experience working with international markets, particularly the US and Europe.
61 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
