Are You Looking to Build a Career That Contributes to a Brighter Future? 1. Lead and drive business growth in the OEM and mining segments by developing and executing strategic plans. 2. Provide market overviews and guide the team on annual KPI setting to ensure business results meet budgets and targets. 3. Build Hempel's competitiveness in the POEM segments through key initiatives and development plans. 4. Take strong ownership of key projects and work with the sales team to secure projects with a focus on owners and key accounts. 5. Collaborate with the global key account team and establish close working processes with direct and distribution sales teams.
What Are We Looking For? 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. 2. Proven sales leader experience in the coatings industry, preferably in POEM segments. 3. High compliance awareness and ethical standards. 4. Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work under high pressure. 5. Familiarity with the coating products spec-in process. 6. Existing career network with OEMs and end-users. 7. Past working experience in developing Distributors would be a plus.
