Country: China Location: LOC3149: 388 Haihuan Road, Baoshan, Shanghai, China 角色职责: ● Responsible for product maintenance of air conditioning products.(Including but not limited to Bom, drawing, specification, etc.) ● Responsible for proposing and implementing cost reduction projects.(Including but not limited to component selection and design improvement) ● Responsible for developing test plans and tracking test results. ● Responsible for the transfer of new products from R&D. ● Responsible for providing technical support to all relevant departments in the factory(such as manufacturing, quality, purchase, etc). ● Have experience in on-site problem-solving and business trips, and possess the ability to solve customer on-site problems during short-term business trips ● Be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of complex electrical systems to ensure that the systems meet project requirements and industry standards. ● Lead the selection, procurement, and technical specification formulation of electrical equipment, and control the quality and performance of the equipment. ● Solve electrical technical problems during the production process and provide effective fault diagnosis and solutions. ● Guide and lead junior engineers to carry out work and improve the overall technical level of the team. ● Participate in the technical review and scheme demonstration of projects, and put forward professional opinions and suggestions. ● Keep up with the latest development trends of electrical technologies, introduce new technologies and methods, and improve the company's technical competitiveness. 角色 目的: ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, factory, service, etc) to ensure product feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely market launch, meanwhile you implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance with standards. ● Meeting the product market demand and tracking technological development direction of products. ● Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor. ● Capable of assuming responsibility for team technical guidance and talent development. ● Capable of independently completing assigned development control tasks. 最低要求: ● A bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related majors. ● With more than 5 years of working experience as an electrical engineer and rich project practice experience. ● Proficient in electrical system design, and skilled in motor control, power electronics, and other technologies. ● Familiar with electrical design software, such as AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, EPLAN, etc., and able to independently complete the drawing of electrical drawings. ● Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, be able to fluently read English technical materials, and communicate and collaborate with international teams. ● Have strong problem - solving abilities and innovative thinking, and be able to deal with complex technical challenges. ● Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, a strong sense of work responsibility, and be able to withstand work pressure. ● Those with relevant professional certificates (such as Registered Electrical Engineer Certificate) are preferred..
