Responsibilities: - Engine Parts Identification: - Accurately identify engine parts ensuring optimal data quality for quotations and orders. - Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Technical Support: - Serve as the primary technical contact for parts-related quotations, orders, deliveries, and issue resolution (non-conformities). - Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure smooth processes. - Process Optimization: - Develop and maintain efficient processes and procedures for managing the parts business. - Provide expert advice on inventory planning, particularly regarding obsolete stock and design message handling. - Data Structure Management: - Establish and refine code resolution practices for as-built data structures to maintain industry-leading standards. - Team Training and Knowledge Sharing: - Ensure effective training and dissemination of knowledge across local and international teams. - System Input and Maintenance: - Provide insights and recommendations on SAP S/4 HANA development requirements relevant to parts engineering responsibilities.
Requirements: - Strong technical understanding, particularly of Two-Stroke engine technology. - Proven ability to work in a services-driven environment and understand its demands. - Field service experience is an asset. - Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and a strong team spirit. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
