● Lead the verification and validation activities (include V&V coordination, DFMEA and DVP validation, vehicle tuning and calibration) of shock absorber and suspension ● Coordinate the VDS development team to define the DFMEA and DVP ● Lead the validation team, together with the test/CAE engineer to define the test/CAE specification ● Check the test results to evaluate the design could meet the function requirements or not, release the V&V reports ● Responsible to develop the tuning components and lead the tuning activities for internal test vehicles.
Your Qualifications
● Proficient in shock absorber and solenoid valve, their function requirement, system application, components design. ● Profound understanding of vehicle suspension development (customer requirements, product drawing, FMEA, CAE and test) being able to use the related product development tools such as DFMEA, DVP, CAD etc. ● Had basic knowledge of chassis, especially of influencing parameters on vehicle driving comfort and dynamic performance, had knowledge of Suspension-by-wire would be plus ● Have passion, Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and customer focus ● Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering ● At least 5 years working experience in related position ● Fluency of English
