Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution: - Strategy Development: Develop annual operational plans for BiliBili and Douyin accounts based on brand positioning, market goals, and product marketing strategies. Define differentiated content matrices, resource allocation, and ROI targets to drive sustained growth in brand visibility, user engagement, and investment efficiency. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and PR teams to plan targeted campaigns around product lifecycles (e.g., new launches, sales promotional events), delivering content that resonates with COI audiences (Customer of Interest). Optimize fan demographics to support exposure, post-purchase retention, and sales conversion. - Execution & Iteration: Independently manage end-to-end content production for BiliBili and Douyin official accounts (topic ideation → scriptwriting → review & publishing). Lead data review sessions to refine strategies through A/B testing and performance attribution analysis. - Matrix Coordination: Support direct leader on managing the brand’s social media matrix, coordinating multi-official-account resource distribution, and ensuring cross-platform content synergy. 2. Content Creation & Management - Lead full-cycle content production (topic ideation, scriptwriting, review, and publishing), ensuring alignment with platform trends and brand identity. - Capitalize on trending topics to produce viral content and elevate engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares). 3. Vendor Management & Coordination - Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, and daily collaboration to ensure content quality and delivery meet brand standards. - Coordinate with external suppliers (e.g., video production teams, design agencies) to execute tasks such as video shooting, design, and account management. 4. Public Opinion Management & Crisis Response - Monitor comments, direct messages (DMs), and online sentiment across official accounts in real time, addressing negative feedback promptly. - Develop crisis management strategies (e.g., PR statements, 舆论引导) to safeguard brand reputation. - Generate regular public opinion reports to identify risks and propose mitigation plans. 5. Data Analysis & Optimization - Track key metrics (follower demographics, views, engagement metrics, ROI, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights through regular reports. - Stay updated on platform algorithms and industry trends to refine operational strategies. 6. Resource Integration & Cross-Department Collaboration - Partner with Product Managers and KOLs/KOCs to design joint campaigns, amplifying brand influence. - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, E-commerce) to align campaign execution with business objectives.
