Job responsibility: 1. Monitor bookings and optimize vessel space by adjusting allocation between load ports, regions as well as ad hoc route adjustments. 2. Optimize cargo loading plan in collaboration with Revenue Management, Customer Service and Commercial Planning. 3. Handle vessel contingencies in collaboration with operations and commercial stakeholders. 4. Seek opportunity to optimize overall vessel utilization. 5. Identify and drive behavior cost saving opportunities. 6. Optimize cargo routing to deliver end-to-end service level to customers. 7. Minimize end-to-end service delivery impact during contingency handling. 8. Identify and suggest continuous improvement initiatives. 9. Set up clear criteria booking acceptance per different contract (the right carrier/ service contract/ allocation/ ETD/ service Loop/ vessel/ Yield) with weekly/monthly review. 10. Control Tower, regular monthly meeting with contract owner and capacity member. 11. Regular meeting with carriers for performance review. 12. Analyzing the performance creating full transparency, daily meeting/review with local operation team. 13. Drive/improve dashboard tooling with relevant stakeholders
Requirements for the job: 1. Experience in managing process/system enhancement 2. Bachelor degree 3. Minimum 3years experience in logistics/Supply Chain Industry, have ocean experience is preferred. 4. Good planning analytical and problem solving skills 5. Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g MS Excel,Powerpoint, etc 6. Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
