61 Lead the creation of project plans that clearly define the project scope, assumptions, risks and overall project approach including project resource needs, high level timelines and project communications. 61 Ensure development / integration process tailored and deployed to projects. 61 Ensure on schedule, on quality delivery, responsible for scope management, dependency management, risk management, stakeholder communication etc. 61 Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses in scope, on schedule and within budget. 61 Drive compliance with the IT Quality processes and SDLC process, including the IT change management and quality/testing process. 61 Communicate project status to project steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate. Manage project issues/risks in a timely manner and appropriately escalating when necessary. 61 Collaborate with solutions leads and business partners to ensure technologies are meeting the requirements.

Qualifications: 61 8+ years total working experience with 3+ years project management experience 61 Must possess extensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures as they relate to the delivering IT project. 61 Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 61 Must understand and apply all of the Project Management Body of Knowledge Competencies. PMP Certification is preferred 61 Must possess strong leadership and collaborative team skill set; excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills required. 61 Hands-on experience on O365 integration related project. 61 Be able to lead the team independently to manage the whole process of the company's general HR projects;
