As a Regional KA Sales Manager in the General Trade Sales Team, you will be responsible for completing sales revenue targets by developing accounts, providing effective business insights, and assisting the Sales Director in achieving the team's sales revenue.
This position reports directly to the Sales Director in the implementation and execution of sales strategies and activities.
Working closely with Brand, Finance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities 1. Sales - Deeply explore and develop the business potential trade customers/accounts, and formulate sales action plans based on the discovered business opportunities to maximize the output. - Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers and set regular sales actions. - Responsible for the implementation and execution of designated sales activities and projects.
2. Operations: - Obtain market intelligence, provide data and reports, and give effective business insights to support the team in planning and exploring new business opportunities. - Support the planning and execution of offline channel promotion activities, roadshows, channel partner appreciation meetings, and other activities. - Combined with seasonal activities and new product promotions, promote sales channels to formulate and implement corresponding marketing plans to enhance consumer experience.
3. Development - Maintain good relationships with existing customers in the attractions and develop new industry to foster aggressive growth and opportunity. - Conduct thorough research and analysis of sales-related activities in the industry, especially with the key buyer categories of Dairy, Coffee, Drink, and Nutrition.
Key requirement:
- Familiar with the key category dynamics: Food (coffee, confectionary, drink) and Infant formula. - Familiar with the top platforms’system operation and can manage the system independently. - Focus on “Deliver”: sales target, customers’ service satisfaction, and financial KPIs. - Always pay attention to the details of customers’potential demand: financing, & logistics. - Can work independently from quotation, secure orders, and manage the internal stakeholders (finance & supply chain) to fulfil the order with high standard service quality. - At least 2-3 years of general trade sales experience in key platforms. - Prefer the previous working background from Tier1-2 brands (general trade agent). - Can write and understand English (fluent speaking preferred);
