Job Responsibility: 1. According to master schedule, independently handling plant production weekly/daily production plan &material plan and drive OTP performance. 2. Balance demand and supply capacity, control WIP inventory 3. Participate in maintaining MRP material data, timely check and update MRP production plans, ensure their full validation and promotion to all materials. 4. Track the fulfillment of work orders and the progress of FG into the warehouse, the implementation of the production schedule, and adjust the production schedule in time according to the reaction rules when the production is abnormal. 5. Pay attention to potential supply risks, avoid material shortages, and lead emergency response when shortages are expected to occur. 6. Participate in the formulation of the master schedule of key projects, pay attention to the production capacity and raw material stocking in the next 1-3 months, and ensure the delivery of key projects. 7. If any problems are identified that result in a situation that cannot be delivered in time(include urgent and trial orders), relevant resources need to be coordinated and resolved problems, to meet on-time-delivery and drive delivery performance. 8. FG and semi-FG product inventory management, according to PFEP, regularly update safety stock standards, reasonable control of inventory and participate in the aging inventory reduction. 9. Responsible for inter/intra company orders, arrange shipment, role as an internal ISR. 10. Participate in new projects, connect with other teams, confirm the planned delivery of new projects, and identify, coordinate and warn of risks in a timely manner. 11. Collaborate with the R&D department to complete the new product BOM import system. 12. At the end of production or engineering changes, control reasonable inventory to ensure that there is no stagnation during switching. 13. Support team to drive flow-efficiency production schedule and complete other task assigned. 14. Be able to put forward feasible suggestions and measures for the projects and tasks that the supply chain team is responsible for and be able to use lean tools to complete flexibility and efficiency improvement.
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree or above. - Oral and writing English is needed. -5-8 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment. -Familiar with planning, procurement management and logistics management. -Familiar with ERP system, Kanban and Pull system. -Excellent skills in data modeling and data analysis. -Quick learner and good team player. -Familiar with Microsoft Office software, include Excel, Word, PPT. -Able to deal with complicated work under pressure. -Strong interpersonal and good communication skills. -Risk sensitive.
