Position Summary: This role is to support the business in travel retail channels (both CK and TH) to achieve sales target.
Primary Responsibilities: 1. Partner and influence operators in developing a reasonable OTB to ensure healthy sell-through. 2. Organize operators to attend market week. 3. Ensuring continued relationships with operators, working with the relevant business partners to manage the sales targets and goals. 4. Shipment Arrangement- process tracking and shipment release to achieve sell-in target. 5. Follow up stores’ KPI analysis and propose business action plans for operators. 6. Operations - Weekly/ monthly report collection, monthly incentive plan & verification. 7. Supervise products, coordinate the replenishment and product adjustment. 8. Work closely with Product Dept. to give new-launch product training, work with VM team on the store display. 9. Pay regular visits to operators and stores. 10. Coordinate with related departments to solve the problems for operators.
Experience: Broad knowledge & skills - typically 3-5 Years of related experience
Education: Bachelor Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required: 1. Strong communication abilities and adaptation to frequent business trips. 2. Strong sense of data and analytical skills. 3. Effectively working with internal partners and external clients. 4. Fluent oral English, writing and comprehension are necessary. 5. Microsoft office skill: Excel and PowerPoint
