Job responsibilities 1. Market Research and Product Planning 1.1 Conduct market research on home decoration in Europe, America, and Australia, analyze consumer demand, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and explore opportunities for product innovation 1.2 Monitor competitor dynamics (product structure, operational strategy), output targeted optimization plans, and develop annual product design directions and development plans 2. Product Design, Development, and Project Management 2.1 Coordinate the entire process of new product development: from requirement analysis and design proposal to sampling and production follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with cost/quality requirements 2.2 Optimize the product development process, establish standardized documents (design specifications, performance requirements, cost accounting tables, etc.), and improve the development management system 2.3 Lead the design of exhibition booths and product development projects for domestic and international industries, connect with customer needs, coordinate design, supply chain, and sales teams to efficiently implement customized solutions 3. Team Management and Talent Development 3.1 Responsible for the daily management of the design and development team (designers, developers, designers), assigning tasks and supervising their execution to ensure efficient collaboration within the team 3.2 Develop departmental budget management, improve performance evaluation mechanisms, regularly conduct skill training, and enhance team professionalism and cohesion 3.3 Cultivate subordinates' creative ability and business thinking, build a talent pool, and promote the sustainable development of the team 4. Cross departmental collaboration and product promotion 4.1 Collaborate with business to develop product training plans, output core selling points and target market strategies, and support marketing and promotion activities
Knowledge and Skills 1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in industrial design, product design, visual design, or related fields 2.More than 5 years of experience in product design and development in the home decoration/crafts/accessories industry, with over 3 years of team management experience, familiar with foreign trade business processes 3.Having a good aesthetic sense, familiar with the design concepts of handicrafts, product structure and process flow, color matching and other characteristics 4.Capable of market insight and data analysis, able to refine product strategies through customer research and competitor analysis 5.Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), able to write English documents and communicate directly with overseas clients
