Responsibilities:
- Work with Product owner/system technical lead/configuration team to define suitable technical requirements to system simulation team;
- Translate the system requirements by technical language which can be implemented into the standard Schindler tool/document;
- Support system technical lead by providing suitable tools for project milestone;
- Received the feeedback outside system team and improve the document or tools to help them with better user experience;
- Collaborate with global team in a same process approach to keep our delivery with good quality and time;
- Support system architecture/technical lead for quality problem solving and cost saving initiative;
- Suport configuration team to do the root cause analysis in ordering process;
- Provide technical training to internal team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, or electrical or motor engineering;
- More than 5 years of professional experience in the related industry;
- Elevator knowhow;
- Familiar with calculation algorithm (force/current/energy..etc);
- Programming skill (e.g. matlab);
- System structural mindset;
- Analytical and conceptual thinking;
- Target orientated mindset;
- Team work and collabration mindset;
- Fluent English both in written and oral.
