岗位职责: Objectives of the Position: 61 Lead Trade Compliance for BASF Group in Asia Pacific 61 Monitor Trade Compliance solutions under BASF minimum requirements 61 Support Trade Compliance for the designated business units & legal entities in Asia Pacific
Main Tasks: 61 As Group Lead of Regional Trade Compliance (TC), lead and continuously develop the regional TC organization, including directly the TC Regional Process Experts (TC RPExs) & TC operations personnel, and indirectly the community of National Trade Compliance officers (NTCOs) via continuous bilateral interaction. 61 Diligently monitor existing and emerging legislation of relevance for the region, and understand and translate the impact on BASF’s business. Allocate resources accordingly. 61 In order to make national trade restrictions tangible in business processes, actively participate in and moderate the design, establishment and adaptation of the required IT-based and organizational Compliance Concepts in cooperation with Corporate TC. Provide input to the TC Governance Framework and to Internal Trade Compliance Programs, e.g. by representing Asia Pacific in co-authoring Corporate Requirements 61 In the role as Regional TC Service Owner, continuously develop the regional TC Operating Model. Negotiate TC services with regional business management, and drive continuous improvement of the regional TC processes (e.g. bundling of tasks & use of regional GB hubs, digitalization). 61 Represent Trade Compliance in business transformation projects, and closely align with Regional Legal Counsel and with Regional Governmental Affairs 61 Coordinate the support of internal and external audits 61 Organize advocacy measures and strategic exchanges with relevant competent authorities 61 Represent BASF in industry-specific association working groups, particularly in China
任职要求: Job Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in natural science, engineering, legal, or business management 2. Working Experience: >10 years working experience with direct experience in at least one TC related field (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, Customs, Product Safety, Treasury) 3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: 61 Prior people leadership experience is a must; experience in organizational transformation and working in matrix organizations a plus 61 Conceptual strength in translating regulations/requirement to pragmatic business processes 61 Affinity to compliance topics 61 Strong interpersonal skills and can-do spirit 61 Fluent English and one additional language of regional relevance business is a plus
