主要工作职责：
1.Reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, providing timely, accurate, reliable and truthful information. Assuring correctness of bookings and the compliance to local and GF financial standards in CN
2.Act as a Business Partner to MD and local Management Team and propose improvement measures:
-Sales, Operations and Business opportunities
-Operational and administrational process improvement initiatives (incl. digitalization)
-Create awareness of local business risks and opportunities while providing transparency in respect to sales margin analysis, standard cost setting and production / osm cost structures
3.Drive NWC / Cash Flow Management projects
-State-of-the-art AR-Management (e.g. dunning process, credit ensurance, upfront payments) in close cooperation with sales management & sales team
-Supporting SCM in inventory/ management balancing financial and operational considerations
-AP-Management (e.g. timing of payments, co-piloting with procurement)
4.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget, monthly financial forecasts as well as variances reports.
5.Monitoring and driving business KPI’s by analyzing and explaining deviations against PY / Budget / Business Plan to related internal stakeholders (including initiating efficiency projects, continuous improvement initiatives …)
6.Management and ensuring compliance with local statutory laws, financial regulations, Internal Control (ICS), GF directives, working instructions and delegation of authority.
7.Preparing and following-up of internal, external audits – strong contribution in dealing with tax, transfer price and subsidy matters
8.Train / coach own direct report and department members in CN using strong leadership skills – ensure proper talent management & succession planning

任职资格：
1.学历：Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management
2.年龄范围：38 or above
3.经验：At least 15 years job experience related to financial analysis and 10 years management experience in finance
Experience on providing finance business partnering to Management executives
4.培训和资格证书：Accountant’s Certificate & intermediate professional title, CPA certificate is a plus
5.专业知识：Be familiar with manufacturing and sales controlling and in depth analysis
Be familiar with IFRS (if possible with Swiss Gaap FER) and Chinese GAAP
6.语言能力：Fluent verbal English, and as well as reading and writing
7.计算机：familiar with MS office, especially MS Excel, familiar with SAP is a plus
8.身体条件：Healthy
