Job brief This position is mainly responsible for management daily channel operation tasks and provides business support in area of channel management. We expected this person to work as channel operations. This role also needs to be able to publish report and escalate issues.
Main Responsibilities 1. Platform/Distributor entry/exit process management. Process alignment and improvements where needed. 2. Efficiently manage order intake, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy. Monitor order execution, track shipping status and provide timely updates to distributors. 3. Coordinate with logistics provides to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Track shipments and resolve any logistics issues that may arise, such as delays or demand goods. 4. Regular review meeting with regional platform and distributors ,conduct performance analysis and management report 5. Act as communication bridge between company and platform to match the supply and demands of both sides. 6. Provide data analysis on distributor such as weekly/monthly report for channel performance. 7. Distributor audit. 8. Asist leader to build up SOP and channel management policy and ensure the execution.
Requirements 61 1+ year’s relevant experience in channel management, sales or related fields, DDI/invoice audit experience a plus 61 Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to ensure completion of daily responsibilities and assigned workload. 61 Ability to think critically and good Office skills 61 Good communication ability; excellent attention to details 61 High integrity, be in initiative, positive working attitude, teamwork
