工作概要
Summary
负责对应检测室的日常工作运行(体系运行和试验项目运行),管理跟进相关技术工作,保障实验室测试质量,提升实验室测试能力。同时监督管理实验室现场人员,制定评定绩效,提升人员效率与能力。
Be Responsible for the daily work of test section(lab system &
test program operation), Manage and follow up related technical work,ensure the test quality
and improve the test ability. At the same time,manage and supervise the technician ,set and evaluate
performance target , improve personal efficiency
and skill.

主要任务和职责
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
实验室日常运行管理
实验室测试项目进程监督(如,合同评审、计划安排、日程管控、报告编制与审核等),实验相关数据汇总、分析与汇报(如,设备使用率、人工效率、试验标准工时或其他重要数据),以及日常5S与安全(6S)的检查与维护。
Laboratory daily management
Supervise the laboratory testing pprogram process (e.g., contract review, schedule arrangement and control, report writing and approve etc.) . Summary, analyze, report the test operation data. (e.g., equipmentutilization, labor efficiency, test standard work hours or other important data)
,and Daily 5S and safety (6S) inspection and control.
实验室技术相关工作跟进
试验技术相关工作的组织与跟进(比如试验能力开发、第三方实验室技术评审、失效分析、能力验证、实验室对比试验等),相关物资的技术确认的组织与跟进(如治具/消耗品验收、新采购设备的技术能力评定等)
Be responsible for laboratory technical related
work
Organize and follow up the test technical related
work (such as test capability development, third-party Lab technical review,
failure analysis, proficiency testing, laboratory comparison tests, etc.),Organize and follow-up
technical related materials (such as fixtures/consumable acceptance, technical
capability assessment of new equipment, etc.)
实验室体系相关工作跟进
实验室体系的运行与维护(年度计划的执行、日常试验活动的体系符合性等), 外部审核的支持(如CNAS审核、客户审核等),内部审核的支持(如内审、管理评审等)
Be responsible for laboratory system related work
Perform and maintain the laboratory system
(implementation of the annual plan, system compliance of daily test activities,
etc.), Support for external audits (e.g. CNAS audits, customer audits, etc.),Support for
internal audits ( e.g. Internal audits, management reviews, etc.)
实验室团队建设及人员管理
人员效率的提升及绩效目标的制定与评定,
识别员工培训需求并组织安排培训,提升团队人员能力,形成梯队建设。人员纪律的管理与监督 定期评估人头是否匹配产能并做适当调整
Build the lab team and manage the technician
Improve personnel efficiency. Set and evaluate
performance target.
Identify staff training needs,organize and
arrange the trainings,enhance team personnel capabilities. Manage and supervisor the personnel
discipline. Periodically assess whether the headcount matches the capacity and
make appropriate adjustments.
其他相关工作
科室费用预算的制定和控制,处理并跟进投诉与建议,提升内外部客户满意度协同其他科室处理相关事务完成经理安排的其他工作
Other related work
Make and control the section cost budget. Handle
and follow up complaints and suggestions, improve internal and external
customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other sections to deal with related
matters. Complete other work that assigned by the manager.

Contact with all managers、Supervisor
and employee to communicate and co-operate, insuring to resolve problem quickly
and to achieve goals.

学历&经验Education & Experience:
1. 大学本科或同等学历,理工类专业优先。
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Engineering
or other related.
2. 三年及以上管理工作经验。
Above 3 years in management experience.
技能Skills:
1. 具有人员管理经验Experience in personnel
management;
2. 能够运用工具分析问题、解决问题的能力Ability to use
tools to analyze and solve problems;
3. 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力Excellent English in
listening, speaking, reading and writing;
4. 优秀的中文书面及口头表达能力;Excellent Chinese
in written and spoken;
5. 熟练操作电脑,熟悉办公化的相关软件,如:WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOIN/PROJECT;Familiar with PC and Office softwares;
