Responsibilities 61 Work jointly with Project leader and provide expected added value by designing related parts 61 Understand the need and participate to the project input definition 61 Understand competition and how it can be used for related projects 61 Make design studies and validations of new products and new parts, 61 Make sure the product design fits with current manufacturing process and eases production life, 61 Realize the definition folder of designed products and parts, consistently with Group demand 61 Make design risk failure analysis (DFMEA) and summit design validation plan, with reinforced Group control on Product Safety 61 Define the best competitive design, in terms of Design risk on Quality and Cost, that fits with Project leader needs, 61 Make necessary FEA(Final Element Analysis), dimensioning, stack-up analysis, and all GD&T for detailed drawings, in a readable format, 61 Make 3D models, in a readable format 61 Communicate with internally and externally with suppliers
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with GD&T competences 61 Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Mechanical design with familiar knowledge on hydraulics 61 Experience of Mockup/Prototype/Serial Parts realization 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 61 Learning agility, basics background of analytical skills to be able understanding of product & process criteria’s, tolerance stack-ups and Finite element calculations 61 Dynamism, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset 61 Efficient in working fluently with both local teams of different departments and international team from different cultures.
