RESPONSIBILITIES: - Establish and maintain the strong relationship with customers, ensure the goals of revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy; - Drive nutrition and plant base business in China, manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needs; - Ensure timely and successful delivery of nutrition solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements; - Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market; - Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team; - Full implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc. by monthly basis; - Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or relevant; - 5-8 years of sales, account or business management, or technical service experience in an international company; - Proven experience in managing distribution business and Key Accounts in China; - Knowledge of the nutrition and beverage businesses is preferred. - Able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for people; - Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills; - Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast; - Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally; - Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving; - Competency in oral and written communication in English, good at communication.
