岗位职责: Objectives: Support the implementation of Senior Project NGBA in the country. 61 Provide expertise on supply chain operations, i.e., order management, transport management, etc. 61 To support interfaces for cross-process functions (O2C-F, P2P, B2R)
Main Tasks: 61 Evaluate and prioritize activities and ensure the harmonization of global, regional and local projects with sites and regions (SCO Shared Service Platforms). 61 Identification of strategic process requirements of all relevant stakeholders in BASF and structured handover to the responsible Process Owner 61 Assure integrated planning and constant alignment with respective Operating and Central Divisions, Competence Centers, Service Centers (Hub) and local Master Data Teams 61 Focus on content - Responsible for change management and consulting on master data structures of the impacted legal entity. 61 Coordination of data validation activities, including cross functional data which impact SC scope 61 Lead the discussion to drive closures on the SC related activities prior to go-live 61 Prepare and conduct project status updates to relevant stakeholders and project steering committee 61 Coordination of country-specific training materials (called Handbooks) as aids training and communication. 61 Accountable for completeness of User Acceptance Test by SC Key users in the country 61 Participate, support and drive country SC data migration/ cut over activities planning and execution. 61 Work closely with other in the local country platform to ensure smooth project delivery
任职要求: Education: 61 Bachelor’s degree from accredited university 61 Major/minor in business field, e.g. Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, preferred Working Experience: 61 More than 10 years in supply chain roles, e.g. transportation, planning, customer service 61 Project management Technical & Professional Knowledge: 61 Supply Chain certifications preferred, e.g. APICS, Lean Six Sigma 61 High proficiency in SAP (SD, TM, MM) 61 Expert knowledge of master data concepts, enterprise structure 61 Interfaces 61 Track and trace
