Key Responsibilities:

1.Mixing process improvement.
双螺杆，密炼机混料工艺改进。
2.Trouble shooting in production.
解决生产中的问题。
3.Drive improvements in processes to enhance productivity, cost effective production and quality
推动工艺改进以提高生产率、成本效益和质量。
4.Lab line trail run and scale up in production line for formula localization, new formula and new process
对配方国产化、新配方和新工艺进行实验线和生产线的试产和放大。
5.Process innovation for mixing, material recycling and other relative product.
混料、物料回收及其他相关产品的工艺创新。
6.Lead other project assigned.
领导其他分配的项目。
7.Supporting in trouble shooting and issue analysis in view of mixing and chemistry.
从混料和化学方面支持挤出，注塑等下游工艺问题分析和解决。
8.Maintain Process documents and ERP system.
维护流程文件和ERP系统。
9.Manage relative process training for production team and technician
生产团队和技术人员的相关工艺培训。
10.Other tasks assigned by superior
主管交办的其他工作。


Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above. Major in Polymer Engineering.
本科及以上学历。高分子工程专业。
2.More than 3 years process experience in polymer mixing/reaction industry, twin-screw experience is plus.
3年以上聚合物混料/反应行业工艺经验，有双螺杆的经验优先。
3.Familiar with twin-screw and batch mixing equipment and project management. Familiar with ISO/TS
熟悉双螺杆和批量混料设备及项目管理。熟悉ISO/TS。
4.Good execution force and best working efficiency, have problem solving ability.
良好的执行力和工作效率，有解决问题的能力。
5.Good communication skill and teamwork sprite, and Good in written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，良好的普通话书面和口头沟通能力。
6.LEAN manufacturing knowledge.
精益生产知识。
7.Good teamwork player.
