Key Accountabilities -Support on delivery of strategy : Supports in development and de-risk novel product concepts to deliver unmet customer needs in the Adult and Feminine Care areas. This will culminate in minimal viable Concept, Product and Technologies to deliver said product concepts. Partners with AFC Open Innovation Team, to also explore and discover innovative approaches and/or technologies to deliver category bending consumer propositions in this segment. Challenge competitive intellectual property to ensure right to practice for K-C technologies and products. - Support innovation: Effectively communicate progress on innovation for the portfolio. Break down barriers for team members to ensure they can deliver their objectives. Leadership Competencies / Qualifications -+5 years of experience in R&D innovation. Professional background in product development Processes and innovation Adopt & Apply from other regions/sectors/Categories -Ability to resolve complex problems and translate market observations to business opportunities. -Experience in building innovation pathways cost effectively with end user target and growth in mind. -Sound financial and commercial understanding of market dynamics, P&L and how to build and evaluate business cases. -Experience in transition consumer researches (C&U, CUT, HUT…) into innovation solutions and product optimization. -Strong capability to make decision and to drive for clear decisions and actions. Analytical and fact-based decision-making skills with strong intuition, be able to “connect the dots” and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. -Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization, influencing peers, other functions with credibility and strong business leadership About You You’re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.
