Job Description
Report directly to Infineon's Greater China Head of Strategy. Independently develop consistent strategy recommendations and support the key stakeholders to manage their implementation. Drive strategy projects of significant importance and impact. Become a sought-after and trusted advisor on strategic issues for Infineon's Greater China Strategy Team. Communicate frequently and effectively with global team in both presenting regional key findings and understanding global requirements. Lead cross-functional strategy projects in Greater China.
In your new role you will:
61Organic strategy assignments of the following types - Business strategies with a regional focus, product application strategies, organizational strategies
61Market intelligence collection and implication development. Interfacing and communicating regularly with market analysts, semiconductor industry KOLs, government bodies to derive the business impact
61Frequently and effectively connecting with Division and SMA global team to understand the requirements and present the deliverables
61Influencing and coordinating key stakeholders, especially in the four business divisions positively towards synergized actions and push forward the project consistently and systematically

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
61Degree in foundational science and / or Business is preferred
61Experience in strategy formulation with trained analytical skill
61Strong English communication skills with ability to influence; presentation in English is a must
61Either one of these two is required:
1). foreign education;
2). MNC experiences
61Excellent skills in communication, coordination, influence and lobby with “can-do attitude” and able to work independently and proactively.
