Responsibility: - Work with sales and marketing to simplify,streamline, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes - In charge of monthly Sales Loading work for clients - Documents local sales processes &policies (in Confluence and other systems). - Performs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to efficiency within the sales organization (based on processes optimization) - Maintains CRM data (Salesforce) - Manage records, sales reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices and KPIs - Collaborates with sales leadership to ensure sales reps are adhering to sales process. - Provides analyses & support the sales leadership in the adjustment and the review of the coverage model/sales organization - Knows modern sales/networking tools to support acceleration of growth Requirements: - Bachalor Degress and above - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (Sales force)/ Power BI is a plus - Knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses. - Knowledge of Confluence or other knowledge data base/ process management tool in use - Good communication skill - Good English Skill both in writing and speaking
