To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [Design Quality and Reliability Engineer – Power] located in [Shanghai 上海嘉定]. This position will be responsible for design quality on all of Shanghai design center design project and also define design reliability item towards customer requirement.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
61 Interact with customers. Match their quality requirements towards our quality assurance plan.
61 Interact and support Customer in certain RMA cases with Analyses and Investigations
61 Keep up the knowledge of relevant industry standards for our operations.
61 Suggest changes or additions of qualifications tests to meet standards and customer requirement.
61 Perform reliability calculations both based on theoretical and statistical methods.
61 Interact with our RMA management
61 Drive DFMEA for Project and be a port of Product development
61 Drive design quality review activity within project development

Here is some of what you’ll need (Required):
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering or relevant technical experience.
61 Experience in quality assurance
61 Experience in customer relations and communication
61 Fluent in Spoken English and could attend meeting with international customers and internal oversea colleagues, written English Skills, Self-driven and motivation.

Here are a few of our preferred experience:
61 Knowledge of IPC- or other relevant standards for electronic devices
61 Knowledge of calculation of demonstrated MTBF
61 Knowledge of Telcordia (or similar) reliability standard
61 Experience from RMA management (Failure module return and analysis management)
