RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical development and projects for new epoxy curing agent product development in protective coating application.
- Provide technical service based on customer needs.
- Analyze complaints, develop solution, and support market launch.
- Clarify trends in the market and support filling the innovation pipeline.
- Monitor the competitive environment in the market for product support and development.
- Deliver presentations during customer visits and at exhibitions/conferences and provide technical training to colleagues, distributors, and customers.
- Collaborate with key functions such as marketing, sales, supply chain, production product stewardship and global coating team to ensure alignment on project development.
- Support EHSQ relevant roles in lab and follow ESHQ and 5S rules in daily lab work.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree or above in organic chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3~5 years of industrial experience with a proven track record in new product and successful business development.
- Experience with epoxy, polyurethane chemistry is preferred, especially with crosslinker products for metal anti-corrosive coating applications.
- Ability to manage R&D projects to meet timelines.
- Strong team player in cross-functional and global teams.
- High motivation to drive new technology initiatives and innovation projects.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
