Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Regional Procurement Manager
61 Carrier and vendor management . Collaborating with Ocean carrier to secure favorable terms and pricing.
61 Evaluate carrier performance and pricing trends to identify.
61 Centralize the rate from carrier and evaluate the pricing.
61 Manage carrier allocation and Capacity planning.
61 Conduct regular market analysis , focusing on capacity , carrier rate, regulator changes.
61 Work with sales , pricing team to provide competitive pricing for RFQ and support in securing new business.
61 Develop Ocean Product to meet budget goal.
61 Provide revenue yield , volume analysis and other report if needed.
61 Cooperate/Comply the Ocean Strategy with internal station and problem solving.

Skills & Requirements:
- High Diploma or above with formal training in Logistics will be an advantage
- 8 years or above relevant experience in forwarding co.
- Over 5 years in managerial level, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC applications including Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to handle full set documents, operation, consolidation & cargo planning
- Good relationship with Carriers & co-loaders
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work overtime and work under pressure
