DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责 83 Develop the new business and maintain the existing business and from OEM and Tier supplier. 83 Work with key OEM customers to identify fastening system solutions for product application. 83 Visit key customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities independently. 83 Manage the global business for the Key customer and have the regular global meeting with team member. 83 Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure timely delivery of products. 83 Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer. 83 Coordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints 83 Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy 83 Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled 83 Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.
