Lead and manage flash dryer production front line team to deliver production goals with safety, quality and efficiency. Reports To: Plant Manager Supervision: 22 employees Role & Responsibility: - Conform with Security, Safety, Health and Environmental codes of Ingredion and local regulatory and Ingredion food safety requirements. - Manage all production front line activities to drive for quality excellence, higher efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Ensure team compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures and take proactive actions to improve safety performance through on-site supervision, training, technical support, non-conformity analysis and lead investigations to identify safety improvement opportunities. - Routinely share OEE report with Operations team and work together with team to close achievable manufacturing gap. - Manage front line operations to comply with production SOPs and relevant standards and procedures. - Manage and balance resources allocation to meet facility needs while in compliance with Ingredion HR management rules. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Chemistry , Engineering or any field of Science - 2 years management experience in Chemical or Food Manufacturing within a multinational company and manufacturing facility preferred. - Engineering & Process Knowledge - Good knowledge and background of Production & Quality systems, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety. Experience in engineering is a plus. - SSHE awareness and knowledge (Work Permit, LOTOTO, MOC, etc.) - Good knowledge of GMP, Lean manufacturing, GB food safety law and ISO9001/FSSC22000 system, etc.
