Job Description Summary:
As an Accountant, you are responsible for the accounting processes and deliverables within our Accounts payable and
reimbursement function, in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. You will authenticate
financial transactions and ensure the internal controls as well as maintain a ledger to ensure effectiveness and
accuracy of all accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Prepare, record, and reconcile accounts payable entries in accordance with accounting standards and company
policies.
61 Review the payments requests to ensure payment deadlines and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
61 Staff reimbursement review and record, arrange the payment following the Expenses policy.
61 Responsible for VAT invoice issue, output VAT reconciliation.
61 Assist for other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
61 Ensure compliance with our internal controls as well as the accuracy of supporting documents.
61 Identify and drive areas of improvement within current processes.
