Your responsibilities will include:
61 Carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) audits in line with relevant industry and scheme standards.
61 Undertake audit preparation work and planning in readiness for on-site audits.
61 Collaborate with our team in the UK on new product development, research chosen products and follow up any concerns with our suppliers with on-site factory visits.
61 Price negotiations with suppliers to ensure we are always getting the best quality at the best price.
61 Conduct the pre-shipment inspections to ensure the products meet all required specifications, identifying opportunities to increase quality and reduce cost.
61 Draw-up and maintain inspection guidelines for each product.
61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with our suppliers and internal teams within the UK.
61 Meet colleagues at Canton Fair twice a year, with the opportunity to also visit the Must Have Ideas head office in the UK once a year.
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
61 Fluent in English both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate information clearly and accurately.
61 Have essential experience in a product role.
61 Be highly organized, with very good attention to detail.
61 Be able to work well under pressure.
