Financial Specialist should be responsible for preparing and analyzing statements and conduct bookkeeping of Revenue, Cost, AR, Work in Process, Prepaid Expenses, Prepaid Service Purchases, Deposit and Advances, AP, Clients Advances, Accrued Taxes, Accrued Payroll, Accrued Expenses.
财务专员负责编制及分析报表，并对日常收入，成本，应收账款，在制品，预付费用，预付服务采购，存款和预付款，应付账款，客户预付款，应计税款，应计工资，应计费用等科目进行记账。


岗位职责：
Manage Work in Process, Cost allocation by projects and categories and Cost accrual based on project status.
管理在制品，按项目和类别进行成本分配，并根据项目状态进行成本预提。
Conduct PRC monthly tax filing and statistic filing. ensure compliance with tax laws, and look for tax relief opportunities.
准备和提交月度税务申报表和统计工作，确保公司遵守税法规定，并寻找税收减免的机会。
Conduct annual tax filing, commerce filing and annual joint inspection.
进行年度税务申报、商务申报和年度联检。
Support annual audit. Support social insurance audit if need.
支持年度审计。必要时支持社会保险审计工作。
Conduct withholding tax filing
进行预扣税申报。
Supervise monthly stocktaking.
监督每月的存货盘点。
Tax Bureau.
税务局相关申报工作。

任职要求：
College Degree in related field.
相关专业大专以上学历。
Over 5 years of finance related working experience, general ledger accounting experience preferred.
5年以上财务相关工作经验，有总账会计工作经验者优先。
Sound ability of Excel, Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office products. ERP experience is preferred.
熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件。有ERP经验者优先。
Reading and writing ability in English
