What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
● Lead strategic direction, business performance, and financial management for complex activities within a Division or Global Business Unit, influencing senior management decisions ● Manage people, technology, and financial resources, utilizing resources outside of direct authority, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals ● Share knowledge across the Global Business Unit, establish knowledge-sharing systems, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation ● Manage talent and leadership development, participate in succession planning, and prepare for long-term development needs, holding senior managers accountable for skill development and diversity ● Serve as the single point of contact for Commercial Leaders and Cross Functional Groups, leading commercial operations service-related markets processes and technology platforms ● Execute commercial operational services for identified markets, working with region leads to define and update scope and service areas, and establish and improve service delivery models ● Enable compliant processes for commercial operations, manage business demand for services, and prioritize resources, budget, and investments allocation ● Manage all end-to-end processes, services, governance, and strategies for global Customer Engagement Programs (CEPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements ● Build and sustain strong collaborative working relationships, partner cross-functionally with internal functions and networks, and develop relationships with key training stakeholders across the global Pfizer community
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
● Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience. ● Track record of success and experience in developing strategies which drive operational and financial performance ● Forward-looking and results-oriented with effective planning, prioritization, and organizational project skills ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking with an ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level ● Strong people management experience ● Ability to communicate, persuade, influence, and operate effectively across business functions and organizational levels
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
● Master's degree ● Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience ● Proven capabilities in Customer and Project Management preferred with expertise in Account Management ● Experience in managing global shared services operations, preferably in Pharmacovigilance or Safety functions ● Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a complex, fast-paced environment
