Job SUMMARY:

- Ensure ANC goods delivery smooth operation from master data establishment to order input in SAP.
- Assis to track and reconcile AA inventory.
- Import & Export declaration and related works.

AA Inventory tracking and reconciliation 25%
- Reconcile SAP and 3PL inventory on a week basis.
- Communicate with 3PLs and find root cause for the inventory discrepancy.
3PL Management with Freight forwarders, warehouses, distributors 25%
- Coordinate on import and export activities.
- 3PLs monthly settlement checking and PO management.
ANC goods delivery management 50%
- Collect event applications and check all receiving documents are completely
- Communicate closely with stakeholders to raise discrepancies in PAM event applications in a timely manner, collate and share with them on a regular basis. To ensure all applications and filed documents meet compliance and internal control requirements.
- Ensure sample safety stock according to forecast.
- Track sample movement process, including approval flow, labeling, storage location transfer.
- Assist to arrange sample order, including fill in Order Form, 3PL logistics management.
- New account creation, account information maintenance including SAP/GTS/3PL.

Job QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
- Proficient in SAP (supply chain module)
- Work Knowledge in GSP.
- Good communication skills especially in cross-functional project.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent oral and written English
- 5 years in Pharmaceutical, 2 years in Multinational Company.
- 3 years in Supply chain position and have experiences in Supply Chain function
