Key Responsibilities
61 Lead improvement tasks/projects to make breakthrough in supply management 61 RFQ for ETO business 61 Support and manage major/critical supply recovery and assure continuity supply with no line stoppage 61 Trouble shooting with suppliers on delivery. Have sense of urgency and priority. 61 Need to manage around 100 suppliers( 50% domestic/50% oversea) 61 Find root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically 61 Manage suppliers On-Time delivery performance and is able to find ways to improve 61 Coordinate the Engineering Change Order and assure implementation effectively RFQ based on sourcing’s strategy 61 Implement Lean Supply Chain (Consignment/VMI etc.) 61 Lead business/service review with vendors 61 Interact with suppliers and various departments regarding procurement Policy & Procedures Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
61 Solid knowledge and experience on manufacturing supply chain management 61 Be able to manage major/critical supply recovery 61 Able to analyze the supplier performance and find improvement opportunities 61 Be able to analyze root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically. 61 Commodity/Project management experience is a plus 61 SAP/Lean knowledge is a plus 61 Be able to speak English fluently and be able to present 61 Be able to lead improvement projects across different functions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
61 Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification preferably in Engineering 61 5-8 years’ supply management experience in manufacturing environment 61 Commodity/sourcing/project management experience is a plus
