职位描述
ROLE PURPOSE
84 Oversee master data/product content life cycle management, ensuring data integrity and consistency across PIM (Product Information Management) systems, RSA (Research APPs), website and other digital platforms.
84 Lead the standardized presentation of product information on official website, WeChat Mini program esp. for product technical specification.
84 Deliver comprehensive product search tools training to accelerate product information searching and enhance sales empowerment.
84 Work with team for product phase-in & phase-out /relocation/portfolio management/price & channel management to support company business target achievement and strategy planning.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
84 Closely work with HQ CM and CN project team to manage all NPDs data definition, ensure product data creation/maintenance meet project timeline and all deliverables could satisfy internal and external stake holders plus customers.
84 Independently work for product data routine maintenance/creation, including but not only RSA, PIM, WeChat Mini program, annual NPD catalogues, work closely with PM team to make sure all product data content integrity and accuracy.
84 Take fully responsibility on CN product price book, create good relationship with DE and CN team, push and drive CN version deliverable in time with high quality, annual update price book E version and website according to phase out plan with PM team inputs.
84 Support sales team for product customization process and data research, provide RSA etc. training to support internal colleagues in mastering tool applications.
84 Coordinate new content requirements for all channels or new project relative with content management, to benefit sales, channel and customer communication.
84 Conduct in-depth product research and marketing analysis to understand wash place product competitiveness and identify customer needs to benefit team develop new product concept.
84 Define new product concept, sales vision (BP), scope and specification, price positioning and communicate with stakeholders to get approval for responsible new project, manage product launch timing within target cost and right product. Communicate with cross-functional team to make sure clear guideline and output.
84 Work with Marketing team/channel team to come up with launch plan, product features, product stories, communication plan and new product training for sales team. Push roll out and display to drive NPD display rate in retail channel and e-commerce channel, support GP bidding/specification for NPDs, maximum NPD exposure rate.
84 Conduct data analysis for product sales, action plan for responsible NPD sales improvement.
84 Work together with TPL to raise up ECN process according to solid customers/GP requests.
84 Work with line manager for wash place product portfolio management regarding phase out plan, remove long tails and long-term road map.
Knowledge & skills:
84 Bachelor degree or above in Product management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent in work experience ;
84 Ability to read, interpret, and effectively organize data in spreadsheets; Ability to analyze large amounts of data, making systematic and rational judgements based on relevant information ;
84 Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize based on manager feedback and importance to our business ;
84 Must be able to multi-task and function in fast-paced working environments ;
84 Strong project management and effective problem-solving abilities ;
84 Effective communication skills, always demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, and consistently serves as a role model for outstanding customer service at all times ;
84 Collaborates directly with cross-functional partners to achieve strategic objectives ;
84 Good English skills, detail-oriented and patient .

Education and Work Experience:
84 Minimum 3 years of product or marketing related experience, end consumer brands as a plus ;
84 Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams ;
84 Strong communication or project management skills ;
84 Proficient in Office operating systems, data analysis skills using Excel and PPT skills ;
84 Good communication skills in English.
