Job Summary Our Shopper Lead is the trusted partner and point of contact for senior management level clients, partnering with StudioX to deliver Shopper marketing efficiencies, elevated shopper experience, and commerce growth for our clients.
The Shopper Lead is highly organized and accountable and can build relationships and collaborate with Studio X expert functions to deliver best-in-class Shopper Marketing solutions with maximum impact and efficiency.
The Shopper lead is an invaluable resource to the client and agency teams by providing strategic guidance in fleshing out briefs, adding value to the strategic and creative process and Shopper toolkit development. They present to clients with authority, “front” meetings and take ownership of projects and their outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities 61 Partner with Studio X, Category Business Leads and TCCC Project Leads within the client structures to drive Shopper transformation with the ultimate goal of increasing weekly+ consumers for TCCC 61 Day to day project contact with TCCC Shopper and IMX Leads as a strategic advisor to ensure adherence, provide inputs to creative briefing and improve creative and shopper experience 61 Framework adherence & Optimisation: Participation in full Experience Loop meetings to ensure TCCC and Studio X are adherent to Shopper framework and review of toolkits to ensure high delivery standards. 61 Local market experience delivery: Work closely with market stakeholders to help localize regional charters and maximize experience shopper framework usage for local market implementation 61 Change champion: Key driver of change, spearheading shopper transformation and adoption of automation and tech enabled platform solution within OU/Market clusters.
Requirements 61 Bachelor degree minimum 61 10+ years of industry knowledge and experience 61 Experience in with working with senior international clients 61 A good understanding of the Chinese market
61 Shopper and Activation experience preferred 61 Ability to work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders 61 Effective in English and Chinese. Strong English language is a must - both written and oral 61 Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred
