职位概述
HAZOP and SIL/QRA/AIM support for the chemical industry within China, in accordance with the HAZOP/SIL/QRA/ AIM concept of the TUV SUD Chemical, Oil and Gas Service.
岗位职责
Outward focus:
1. Carrying out HAZOP's at customer sites, applying risk management tools/ techniques and then preparing a Safety Case reports; (20%)
2. Carrying out SIL's at customer sites, applying risk management tools/ techniques and then preparing a Safety Case reports; (20%)
3. Carrying out QRA/RBI/RCM/RAM's at office, applying risk management tools/ techniques and then preparing a Safety Case reports; (20%)
4. Advising project/site leadership of issues that could affect the integrity of the study and working with leadership to ensure an effective resolution; (10%)
5. Guide/supervise jobs regarding to process safety executed by subcontractor or freelancer. (10%)
Inward focus
1. Provide technical support for the development of chemical services when requested; (10%)
2. Regularly report to the department manager in China for the progress of the project in hand. (10%)
任职条件
1. Bachelor degree or above qualified in an Automation or Scientific Discipline;
2. At least 5 years' working experience in 1 of the following: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries;
3. Experience in but not limited to HAZOP/SIL studies, quantified risk assessment techniques, human factors, process safety, HAZID, fire investigations, AIM, among others;
4. Experience with local Statutory / Regulatory requirements;
5. Proficient in local language and English (oral and writing). Good speech ability in public is preferred;
6. Open-minded, willing to travel, with team spirit.
